About Warranty

All Aesop Tourbillon watches purchased from the Aesop official store (aesoptourbillon.com) are genuine Aesop watches and enjoy a 3-year official warranty service. Due to the high tariffs on watches in mainland China, to facilitate customers to enjoy after-sales rights and save after-sales costs, our company has set up an after-sales service center in the duty-free zone of Macau. All genuine Aesop watches purchased from the Aesop official website (aesoptourbillon.com) can be mailed to the Macau after-sales center to enjoy free after-sales service (non-human damage).

 

What the 3-Year warranty does not cover:

(a) Damage, accidental or otherwise, to the watch while in the possession of a consumer not caused by a defect in material or workmanship.
(b) Damage caused by accident, misuse, tampering with, or failure to follow the care and special handling provisions in the Instructions.
(c) Damage and/or scratches to the finish of the case, mirror, bracelet, strap, or other components caused by wear or accident.
(d) Moisture damage to a watch not marked ‘water resistant’ on the case back or damage from moisture in ‘water resistant’ models that is a result of opening the watch, broken or damaged components.
(e) Damage caused by the consumer’s failure to have the watch serviced at the consumer’s expense in accordance with the schedule of regular maintenance.
(f) Products that are not purchased directly on the Aesop watch Website.
(g) The Aesop watch handled by non-authorized persons (e.g., for battery replacement, movement, services, or repairs) or which has been altered in its original condition beyond Aesop Watch’s control.
